Description	The work consists of two Packages: Package �A� - Construction of a 200,000 gallon steel emergency water tank with deep foundation system; tank water mixer; tank wireless overflow alarm controls; pre-fabricated duplex water pump station with related MEP work; chain link security fencing; security cameras; exterior lighting; ground cover; roadway improvements; and all other work included in the contract documents. Package �B� � Construction of a new access driveway onto Machado Ave. and all other work included in the contract documents.
